okay im not sure if these videos will work but..haha just uploaded them..these are all taken when you j1s weren't even in nj. i tried to upload 4 but can only get 2 up..next time then i try ba! hee we may look stupid but it was fun..yeah, pa is not just about serving the school though i don't deny that is the most important job for us yeah. and know what? in order for this most important job to be carried out smoothly, you need to consider this. we know each one of us wants the best for this family and is working hard individually, but the idea is to do it as a whole
hee okay you guys have been doing a great job so far (: yeah heehee continue working hard and at the end of your service term, all these will just be wonderful memories and experience in your life..yeah. you will miss everything..hee this is speaking from experience. yeah. i know i din do a good job last and this year but at least i can tell you all what mistakes i made so that you guys don't repeat the same mistakes..hee yeah..hahaha! don't know what to say but yeah..hmm although we have handed over..but we are still part of pa..yeah and i know you guys still regard us as seniors..yeah..heehee good..yups..i also quite happy to know that you guys have been responding well to changes etc..hiccups along the way are inevitable..hee yeah obstacles along the way are inevitable as well..but you don't just stand in front of the obstacle and fret over how to make the obstacle disappear..but face it and overcome it..hee..
always clarify things..dont always jump to conclusions too easily yeah.. this is extremely important because it can prevent any unnecessary misunderstandings arguments..all these are definitely a no-no in this family.. trust your own teammates. know that its always better to work in a pair than individually..its even better when you know you have a team of man with you! be true to one another..haha this is extremely hard..seriously..even i cannot do it but haha its really important also lar. and no matter what..dont give up!!! you can cry..you can scream..you can scold vulgarities at yourself over all the shit that you need to go through..but don't give up!!
if this is an easy job in the first place, why do it?
take pride in your job and identity..at the same time give respect. and you'll find yourself receiving respect in return. stay happy in this cca and family. be willing cos you are part of this family, cos you love this family..if you doubt your own teammates, its time to doubt your own character. hee make effort. pa is not just about pa. there is a reason why we call also family..there is a reason why people like going to the control so much..hahahha! we can't accomodate everyone but we have to try our best so that everyone is satisfied..
i hope you guys have been enjoying yourselves k! (: HEEHEE sure very enjoyable one..times without dinner or with very late dinners cos of events..times of stoning..times of running about..times of arguing over silly matters..times of..EVERYTHING in pa! hahahaha
