STAGE 3: ORDERING + PAYMENT (23 april 2008 - 2 may 2008)it seems like the vote is stagnant already, so HERE WE ARE! at the most important stage of all, ORDER + PAYMENT! read carefully for detailed instructions!
to confirm first, based on the final vote, the jacket will be with ZIP, and it will cost S$38.00. (for the final design, refer to previous posts) im really assuming that the order can hit 35 (most probably) if not, im sorry that we need to increase price abit.
SO, HERE IS THE DETAILED INSTRUCTION.Order and payment will be made differently for different batches, so listen up.
IP1/2/3 and JC 1/2both ordering and payment will be made THROUGH YOUR EACH DAY IC's! if you dont know which day are you allocated to, then go to MELLISA (the treasurer). basically, what you need to tell/sms/call them is:
your name, your jacket size, the name you want to put on the jacket. arrange payment with each day IC.
THE SENIORS (or what we shall call PAa=PAalumni)
Ordering for 04/05 batch will be made through
SAMUEL (04/05 QM) and for 06/07, 05/06, 03/04 and older, will be made through
ELAINE (06/07 CCO). what you need to do is:
1. sms them:
your name, your jacket size, the name on the jacket.2. HOWEVER, for seniors, PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY
BANK TRANSFER! please transfer
$38 (with name) or
$35 (without name) to POSB savings account

3. THEN, sms ur respective IC (elaine or samuel) your
TRANSACTION DATE, and
TRANSACTION REF NO.
